Providing Professional Maintenance Services
Our maintenace engineers are responsible for the conditions running of your equipment and machinery.
We pride ourselves in having the best in class service team available 24×7 to carry out maintenance, inspections & emergency repairs. Once our service is required a skilled service man will depart to the site to diagnose & put your TC back into operation. In case where the extent of supply is previously known our service team can bring along with him the necessary spares.
Our balancing machines are capable of balancing rotors from 100g up to 2000 kg. All rotors going out from our W/S, either as new supply units, reconditioned units or assembled inside a complete Turbocharger are balance checked & if necessary corrected according to manufacturer specifications. Our balancing machines are calibrated & certified on a yearly basis by an independent firm ensuring precision according to ISO norms.

All rotors going out from our workshop either as a new supply unit, reconditioned units or assembled inside a complete turbocharger are balance checked.
WORKSHOP REPAIR
Our highly skilled and resourceful in-house service team can carry out most complex repair work in given time period which provide peace of mind to our customer.
ME ROTOR DYNAMIC BALANCING
Failure to balance the rotor periodically can result in vibrations that cause excessive bearing wear. In turn, the severe bearing wear can cause damage to the entire turbocharger
SPECIAL REPAIR WORK
We can offer blade replacement , blades repair and bearing journal repair at reasonable cost
